One foundation, four directions

The foundation is the asset. The directions are applications of it. Describing them in the other order is how a plan starts sounding like a company.

Section 01 — The foundation

What the four directions share

Documents, expiry dates, people, vehicles, contracts and reconciliation are the same mechanics in every one of these businesses.

An operator running four lines from four disconnected tools is carrying a real, compounding inefficiency. The structural bet here is narrow and specific: build the register first and grow into it, rather than grow first and retrofit a register under an operation that is already running.

That is an advantage over an operator who scales into the mess. It is not, on its own, a product, and this site does not present it as one.

The shared foundation

  • Clear records
  • Responsible people
  • Controlled workflows
  • Regional knowledge
  • Cost discipline
  • Private technology
  • Measurable execution

Direction 01

Mobility. Passenger transport in one corridor.

Direction 02

Delivery and logistics. Last mile, as a documented subcontractor.

Direction 03

Fleet and operating systems. The register the others run on.

Direction 04

Private technology. Local-first workflow engineering.

Section 02 — The directions
Label All four: Research

Each one, and how far it actually is

Mobility

Research

Passenger transport in Stockholm County, run inside one corridor the operator knows in detail. The competitive idea is unglamorous: a small operator with local knowledge beats a national platform's generic allocation on that specific route, which is why local dispatch firms have not been competed away.

In Sweden this requires a taxitrafiktillstånd, a qualified transport manager who is the managing director or an appointed board member, a demonstration of financial standing, a vehicle inspected and registered for taxi traffic, a taximeter, and a connection to an approved reporting centre. The permit comes first; the vehicle cannot be notified into traffic before it exists.

TodayNo permit applied for. No vehicle. No driver. Preparation only.

Delivery and logistics

Research

Last-mile delivery, entered as a subcontractor rather than as another consumer brand. The opening is documented rather than assumed: several challenger carriers in this market subcontract the driving, the resulting chains have produced public compliance failures, and large buyers have begun requiring agreement-equivalent terms from every tier.

A subcontractor who can evidence its own compliance — permits, driver licences, an expiry register, an audit trail — is selling to the shipper, not the consumer. Nobody has yet confirmed they will pay a premium for it, and this site does not claim they will.

There is no light version of this line. Commercial goods, parcel and food delivery by car require their own traffic permit in Sweden even below 3.5 tonnes, which means a second permit, a second financial-standing test and a second transport-manager qualification.

TodayNot started. Treated as a deliberate second business, not an easy adjacent one.

Fleet and operating systems

Research

The internal register: permits and their supervision dates, transport-manager competence, driver licences and medical certificates, vehicle inspections and insurance, taximeter installation and inspection, reporting-centre connection, contract renewals, and the retention boundary on the books.

Almost every one of these failures is a date that passed unnoticed. The first version is therefore a date comparison and an alert, not a platform — and the acceptance test for it is that one document expiring in seven days produces exactly one notification, and that a broken job fails loudly rather than quietly.

TodayInternal design. Not a product, not offered, not hosted for anyone else.

Private technology

Research

Local-first workflow engineering, described by method rather than by capability: human-approved, evidence-linked, deterministic wherever determinism is available, and built so the model underneath can be replaced without rewriting the workflow.

TodayMethod only. The position in full, including its limits.

Section 03 — Boundaries

What is deliberately not here

A short list is easier to trust than a long one, and easier to keep honest.

  • No page for a business line that does not exist. Earlier drafts of this site carried division pages for trade, foods, properties, agriculture and health. They were removed. Eight pages for zero divisions was the largest credibility risk on the site.
  • No customers, contracts, revenue, vehicles, drivers or partners — because there are none.
  • No market-size figure anywhere. If a number cannot be sourced, it is not published.
  • No claim that any of this is licensed, certified or operating.
  • No booking, payment, dispatch or account system. There is nothing to book and nobody to bill.

Whether four directions is one too many for one founder is an open question rather than a settled strategy. It is recorded as open because it is.
